On a warm, sunny 86-degree day, AMA Dance & Music School’s ADF Performance Team danced through the streets of Park Ridge, Illinois showing the crowd what team spirit is all about! They performed a jazz routine to Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance With Somebody! ADF’s Co-Director, Kimmy Ehlke shared: “Because our June show is themed and titled Music Legends and Superstars, we thought a Whitney Houston song was a perfect choice to dance to!”

The AMA Dance Force Dances Along the Parade Route
AMA Banner Bearers
AMA was lead by a 20’ banner carried by 13-year-old Max, 17-year old Conrad, and one of our favorite dads at AMA, Brian Feldser. We have so many boys at our school, we thought it would be fun to have the men lead us in the parade! It was really great!
The morning was filled with smiles and warm cheers from the crowd.
One of Our AMAzing Students
Over 800 flyers were distributed with info about our “Inspired by Frozen” Dance & Arts Camps and Preschool Summer Dance camps. Moms and Dads along the parade route were reaching out their hands to get more info as we walked by and we couldn’t get it to them fast enough, which is very exciting for us! It’s great that our community can see how much fun we have together and what a great difference dance, music and tumbling make to our kids!
Out with a back injury, but not wanting to miss this event,
ADF Team Member, Lexi, rides along with Miss Ann Marie in the AMA Mobile!
We don’t teach kids because we have to make them great dancers, tumblers or musicians. We teach dance, tumbling and music to make great kids!
And there is definitely no shortage of great kids here!
