Like Nothing You Have Ever Seen!
Every other holiday season, AMA Dance & Music School produces a holiday show like nothing you have ever seen! It is full-blown performance which includes a cast of 250 students and is supported by 8 teachers, a giant stage crew and tech crew! The performance is held in a beautiful auditorium that seats 1200 audience members.
“Holiday Dream” is an original story about a little girl named Molly who loves to dance and tumble. Her love for dance was passed down by her grandmother. The first half of the performance shows the common bond between grandmother and granddaughter that has no age limit.
The second half of the performance begins in a place where angels live and storms appear. The performance then moves through the “Land of the Sweets” inspired by the ever-timeless “Nutcracker,” and winds up in Santa’s Workshop, where Molly is welcomed by life-sized wooden soldiers, elves and toys!
A very valuable lesson about making memories with loved ones throughout the performance reminds us all how precious time with family is.

Nutcracker inspired, we inserted a lovely 6-minute ballet production that shows the lead character, Molly, traveling through the “The Land of the Sweets.”

Our Raggedy Ann Dolls from 2009’s Santa’s workshop were SO cute!
They were only 2 years old!
This year we have 12 Raggedy Ann’s in our show – and wait until see you see them enter the stage!

The Bond of Dance is Ageless
Enjoy the following photos from of our lovely “Music Box” Dancers. Our advanced pointe girls were paired with our Basic I Ballet to again show that the bond of dance is ageless. Our lovely pointe students were mentors during practices, while our little muffins were inspired by what is to come for them!
