What dance means to Peyton, in her own words…
Dance is a way for me to let go and be free. I am happy when I am dancing. I like dancing with people that share the same commitment to dance. I love learning new things as it helps me grow as a dancer. Dance has helped me feel confident not only in dance, but also in everything else I do!

Miss Ann Marie: I have known Peyton for almost 10 years and she has always strived to do her best in class. If she does not understand something, she will ask for clarification. She takes correction well, which makes her an optimal student! She wants to do her best! Peyton’s energy goes unmatched in the classroom. She is always practicing, helping others and smiling! We love her here at AMA!
Miss Amy P.: Peyton is one of the most entertaining and hilarious students I’ve ever had! Her positive energy and creativity always brighten every class she’s in. Add that to her commitment and hard work and she is an awesome example of what AMA’s student of the month is all about!
Miss Amy C.: Peyton always comes to class prepared. If there is something that she didn’t understand the week before, she goes home, practices it and has it ready to go the next week. She puts her all into everything we do even if it is just a simple warm-up step. It is so great to see Peyton’s passion for dance shine through and I’ve enjoyed watching her achieve new goals each week!

I like to play piano because it’s fun and it relaxes me, and I can play for my family.
Adrian, this is what your teachers shared about you…
Mr. Dan: Adrian is my choice for student of the month for May! To me, an exemplary student is one who goes above and beyond what is asked of him and shows the drive and determination to be successful. And although he has only been a student at AMA for a short time, Adrian has proven how successful someone can be when they practice every day and don’t miss any lessons! He has progressed through 2 books and over 60 different songs since he started in September. That is truly impressive! And the best part to me is that he does it with a smile on his face. I look forward to his lesson each and every week. 🙂
